Cindy's Cancer Fight and Recovery

Donation protected
Dear Family, Friends and Kind Strangers,

We are reaching out to you today with heavy hearts but hopeful spirits. Our beloved mother, Cindy, has recently been diagnosed with glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer. This devastating news has rocked our world but we are determined to rally together and provide her with the support and resources she needs to fight this battle head-on. Cindy is a loving mother and wife, devoted grandmother, a friend to many, and her indomitable spirit has touched the lives of all who know her. Now, as she faces the greatest challenge of her life, we refuse to let her fight alone.

The journey ahead is daunting, both emotionally and financially. She has undergone surgical resection to remove part of the tumor, alongside radiation and chemotherapy. The treatment that she has undergone thus far has been very taxying and challenging on her body already. Therefore, we are seeking additional, non-toxic treatments to help boost her immune system, to give her a better quality of life and to help prolong her life as long as possible.

In our pursuit of providing Mom with the best possible care, we have found that these alternative treatments are not readily available in the US. After thorough research and consultation with medical experts, we have identified promising options in Mexico that offer innovative therapies and an integrative approach to cancer treatment. Our decision to pursue these alternative treatments has been informed by conversations with the doctors there and patients who have undergone similar therapies with the same diagnosis. Their stories of resilience, hope, and progress have served as beacons of inspiration, reaffirming our belief in the potential of these alternative approaches to make a difference in Mom's journey towards recovery.

These therapies include, but are not limited to immunotherapies and metabolic therapies such as Dendritic and Natural Killer cell autologous vaccines, Vitamin C & K therapies, Chelation therapies and many others. Accessing these alternative treatments comes with its own set of financial challenges as these treatments are not covered by health insurance and are an out-of-pocket expense. Our financial goal will cover the cost of the Mexico Clinic for the initial 3 week treatment followed by the 8 weeks of home care and multiple return visits over the next year.

This is where we humbly ask for your support. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference in Mom's fight against glioblastoma. Your generosity will help alleviate the financial burden on our family, allowing us to focus on what truly matters—Mom’s health and well-being.

Please consider donating and sharing Mom's story with your network. Together, we can be a beacon of hope in the darkness.

Thank you for your kindness, compassion, and support during this difficult time. With your help, we believe that Mom can not only overcome this obstacle but also emerge stronger on the other side.

With gratitude,

The Winsted Family
