Cindia "Cindy" Lopez has been in and out of medical treatment for the past few years. The first signs of her symptoms was a few years ago, when the doctors thought Cindy had a Bipolar Disorder. The doctors then treated her as if she had a mental illness, but never ran an MRI or CT to see what was actually going on. Then, in October of 2018, she hit her head and was rushed to the hospital. The doctors ran an MRI to see if there had brain damage, but found a 6 cm tumor that had been growing for years instead. She was later diagnosed with Glioblastoma, a type of brain cancer. According to doctors, her life expectancy is 6 to 7 months as of Jan 2019. Her family is trying to get her a better location to live so she can get better treatment. Anything you could donate could really help make that happen, or could help to satisfy her medical needs.
