Cindy needs help after accident

Most of my friends and family know my story and what I have been going through for several months (being on unpaid medical leave for several months took a toll on my finances) then out again for 2 additional weeks of unpaid leave due to COVID and now the accident I had almost 2 weeks ago.  Can you spare anything to help me during this time?
