Hi everyone,My name is Kevin Nguyen, son to Cindy Lam. We are asking for donations to aid in my moms upcoming medical journey. As of a few months she was diagnosed with a rare genetic brain disorder called Moya-moya, which essentially means the arteries in her brain are weak and friable with increased risks of bleeding in the brain leading to hemorrhagic strokes. Her symptoms started with headaches, forgetfulness, and other minor neurological symptoms. Due to her younger age and the guidance of an excellent neurosurgeon it is beneficial for her to have brain surgery, which will be happening this week. She is expected to stay in hospital a couple days but this will not completely fix her medical issue and will be an ongoing journey. With the health issues of both of our parents we ask for any help whether financially or spiritually.
