Today, we reach out to you in a moment of profound sorrow and urgent need. A beloved member of our Christ community, Cindy Flint Cooper, tragically lost her life in a motorcycle accident on Friday, December 8th, 2023.

In the wake of this tragedy, Cindy’s oldest son and new daughter-in-law, Christian and Aleisa Burlingame have assumed role as legal guardians over the Cindy’s two youngest children and nephew (ages 10, 15, and 16).

The loss of their provider has left this family facing not only emotional devastation but also financial uncertainty. We are initiating a GoFundMe campaign to raise funds for not only Cindy’s funeral expenses, but also to cover the cost of moving expenses, groceries/meals, holiday gifts for the children, family attorney fees, and any other unexpected bills that may come up during this difficult transition.
