Request for monetary help for Cindy, Erick "Eddie" and baby William
 
Cindy is the sweetest and most precious soul whom my family has the pleasure of knowing for the past 5 years. She and her husband Eddie were so excited to be expecting a baby that Eddie had the nursery done almost immediately. In March Cindy was experiencing some pain in her shoulders. She went to the doctor on multiple occasions to which she got no relief, tests, or answers. In June her hands were itching fiercely and some rawness and rash…no testing.
 
We now know that her symptoms were consistent with her unknown condition and were ignored. July 30thwhile working at a client’s home, her client (a pathologist) noticed her color was blue and immediately took her to the hospital. In the hospital ER the doctor took one look at her hands and sent her to a different hospital better equipped to her needs. By the evening on July 30th it was known that sweet Cindy has a tumor around her heart.
 
July 31st baby William was born via emergency C-Section. He is doing well and is currently in the NICU. Since the birth of baby William it has been discovered that Cindy’s tumor is no small mass. Her tumor is approximately 12 inches long and is applying pressure to blood vessels and take her blood back through her heart. Because of the tumor and her pregnancy which naturally increases blood volume, her heart has been working extreme overtime. She has fluid buildup around her heart that must be drained. She is in the ICU and will be for the next few weeks.
 
August 1st a biopsy was done and results came in on 8/3 and now a bone marrow test is needed.
 
Due to Covid19 Eddie has been laid off from work and he hasn’t left Cindy’s side. Because of Cindy’s condition she will not be returning to work in the foreseeable future.  Currently the plan is to keep her hospitalized for 6-8 weeks.
 
Her spirits are positive and she is planning on fighting whatever this tumor ends up being so she can be with her precious baby boy and loving husband. However she did make a point to do her hair and make up to take a family photo (attached) so that in a worst case scenario, William would know how happy his mom was to meet him.
 
We have set the goal at 30k to help cover living expenses and some medical costs. This is a modest goal compared to what this family will incur but we hope will provide some immediate financial relief. Please help support this precious family.
 
Heavenly Father, thank you for Cindy’s client that took proactive measures to get Cindy to the hospital for help. Lord, thank you for William’s safe arrival. Lord, thank you Cindy’s fighting spirit, we ask you Heavenly Father to give her strength and courage and stamina to get through this and get a clean bill of health. Lord, you are the healer and the redeemer, and we humbly thank you for your compassion and grace. Please Lord give Eddie strength and guidance and peace. May you fill her whole family with your love and peace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Cindy es el alma más dulce y preciosa que mi familia tiene el placer de conocer durante los últimos 5 años. Ella y su esposo Eddie estaban tan emocionados de esperar un bebé que Eddie había hecho la guardería casi de inmediato. En marzo, Cindy experimentaba algo de dolor en los hombros. Acudió al médico en múltiples ocasiones para las cuales no obtuvo alivio, pruebas o respuestas. En junio, le picaban las manos con fuerza y ​​algo de aspereza y sarpullido ... sin pruebas.

Ahora sabemos que sus síntomas eran consistentes con su condición desconocida y fueron ignorados. El 30 de julio, mientras trabajaba en la casa de un cliente, su cliente (un patólogo) notó que su color era azul e inmediatamente la llevó al hospital. En la sala de emergencias del hospital, el médico echó un vistazo a sus manos y la envió a un hospital diferente mejor equipado para sus necesidades. Por la noche del 30 de julio se sabía que la dulce Cindy tiene un tumor alrededor de su corazón.

31 de julio el bebé William nació por cesárea de emergencia. Le está yendo bien y actualmente se encuentra en la UCIN. Desde el nacimiento del bebé William, se descubrió que el tumor de Cindy no es una masa pequeña. Su tumor mide aproximadamente 12 pulgadas de largo y está aplicando presión a los vasos sanguíneos y le devuelve la sangre al corazón. Debido al tumor y su embarazo, que naturalmente aumenta el volumen de sangre, su corazón ha estado trabajando horas extras extremas. Ella tiene una acumulación de líquido alrededor de su corazón que debe drenarse. Ella está en la UCI y lo estará durante las próximas semanas.

El 1 de agosto se realizó una biopsia y los resultados llegaron el 8/3 y ahora se necesita una prueba de médula ósea.

Debido a Covid19, Eddie ha sido despedido del trabajo y no se ha alejado de Cindy. Debido a la condición de Cindy, ella no volverá a trabajar en el futuro previsible. Actualmente, el plan es mantenerla hospitalizada durante 6-8 semanas.

Su espíritu es positivo y está planeando luchar contra lo que sea que termine este tumor para poder estar con su precioso bebé y su amado esposo. Sin embargo, hizo un punto para peinarse y maquillarse para tomar una foto familiar (adjunta) para que, en el peor de los casos, William supiera lo feliz que estaba su madre al conocerlo.

Hemos establecido la meta en 30k para ayudar a cubrir los gastos de vida y algunos costos médicos. Este es un objetivo modesto en comparación con lo que incurrirá esta familia, pero esperamos proporcionar algún alivio financiero inmediato. Por favor, ayuda a mantener a esta preciosa familia.
