Hi my name is Katy Maldonado and earlier today something tragic happened. My cousin Cindy Castro went out last night to a club in west palm beach Florida but unfortunately she left with her cousin and a friend and one thing led to another  the car ended up going off a root canal and submerging into the water. Right now the only person they found is my cousin but we are all very heartbroken and an investigation is still going on .
