Cindy Capps

Cynthia "Cindy" Capps passed away unexpectedly on October 31, 2019 from cardiac arrest. Cindy was born on May 27, 1968 in Houston, Texas to Earl and Lois Capps.  She was raised in north Houston and attended Sam Houston High School.  Unfortunately, Cindy did not have any life insurance and Earl and Lois are now faced with the financial burden of her funeral expenses.  This Go Fund Me has been set up to try and help them with these expenses.   Funeral arrangement have not been finalized; however, they are being coordinated by Memorial Funeral Home, 802 S. Market Street, Hearne, Texas.
