Hello Everyone, I am raising money for my neighbors Cindy and Ray W.
On May 9, 2018 at 5 pm, a man entered my neighbor Cindy's home and assaulted her. There was not motive or reason, this was a purely random and tragic event. The assault damaged her carotid artery and she had a stroke as a result. She has also trouble seeing in one eye due to the attack. There is no way to know how long the road to recovery will be for my neighbors, and Cindy is still not home from the hospital as of today, 5/23/18. There will be weeks of physical therapy, and unexpected expenses. I am putting up the Go Fund Me for Cindy and Ray because I feel awful for what happened. They have just been the victims of the random horrible side of humanity, and it would be wonderful if we can show them the beautiful random kindness of humanity as well by helping them some of the expenses of this horrible life changing crime. I set a random goal, since it is hard to know what the long term expenses will be.

The suspect was arrested in another county assaulting another lady in the middle of the street. This was a truly random act of violence.
