On October 27, 2019 the family of Cierra Otto received a phone call no parent ever wants to get. They were told their beloved daughter Cierra had passed away unexpectedly at only 23 years old. Naturally everyone who had the privilege to know Cierra soon came to love her. She had a tremendous zest for life, spirited nature and loved to make others smile. She will never be forgotten.
