Cici's Road to Recovery

Hi, my name is Melinda Gomez from Long Island, NY and I am raising funds to cover surgery and aftercare costs for my dog Cici who recently (on 8/13/23) suffered a severe jaw fracture. Cici is a 10-year-old Chorkie with lots of spunk and energy. She loves to play fetch with her "bawlie", go on long walks and chase the birds and squirrels. She loves to cuddle and play and is the best companion anyone could ask for.

Unfortunately, her increasing anxiety from loud noises such as thunder and fireworks has been making her behave in ways that are not so safe. During a recent storm, she broke her jaw trying to escape from her crate.

The funds raised will help with the medical bills for surgery to repair her fractured jaw and post-op veterinary care. This has been an extremely difficult time for us and it would mean so much if you can help in any way. Your generosity is very much appreciated and I will forever be grateful to everyone who can help. I will keep you all posted on her progress and the road to recovery.
