Cian's Run

I am running 300 kilometres in aid of Pieta House. As I lost my best friend to suicide. I'm doing this to promote awareness for mental health and for people to find help in time of need. As in a dark place for anyone, speaking to one person can be all the difference in waking up tomorrow. Do it for Cian.
