Joshua needs our help

This is a story from a family in my hometown. They need some help as the medical bills are burying them and they also have 3 other kids! For anyone who has gone through medical challenges, having to also worry about money and how you are going to survive adds way too much burden. This is why we are here! To help others. I know you all always step up in the biggest ways. In the moms words:

Last November Joshua lost control of his bladder and his family dr told me it was normal. So i let it go. Come march he started complaining of back pain and took him back to family dr and they told me it was growing pain. Beginning of may it was so bad that he couldnt walk or stand so I made appt for an orthopedic specialist in Pittsburgh. His appt was may 25. They did testing and found he had 9 fractures in his spine. After further testing they said he had some tumor markers and they wanted to admit him to the oncology unit. May 27 they told me that he had cancer. He got his port placed June 1 and started chemo that day. We were in the hospital for 28 days that time. At first we were making weekly trips for lumbar puncture and chemo. Our schedule now is the 3+ hour trek to Pgh every Wednesday with the even visits (every other week) we are there from wed-sat). The medical bills have paralyzed us to the point we can’t get our car inspected or pay for gas (it is crazy expensive in PA) or eat while we are at the hospital. We are not programmed to ask for help but we are at a place where we desperately need it.
