Funeral Expenses for Elijah Britt

Loss is always devastating, but especially so when a parent loses a child. I’m creating this fundraiser with the heaviest heart, in support of a dear friend and colleague, Leanne Britt, who tragically lost her 7-year old son Elijah this week.

Leanne is one of the most caring and genuinely kind people I have had the pleasure to work with. While she serves in many roles as a Senior Master Sergeant in the US Air Force, by far the title she is most proud of is Mom. Her son Elijah and daughter Evelyn are her world, and they absolutely adore her right back. Even a quick glance at her social media shows how connected they are as a family, and truly how devastating this time must be for them.

Final expenses will undoubtedly add up quickly, and unfortunately, the military doesn’t cover all of these costs for dependent children.

All donations raised will be sent directly to Leanne to assist in the funeral expenses and any other resources she may need. I hope we can lessen the heavy burden on this family, and provide support to someone who has always been there for countless others in their time of need.
