My name is Lisa Monteleone. Tracey was one of my son's favorite Aunts, and she was a wonderful one.  I am have set up a GoFundMe Page for Connor Megan and Liam O'Brien.  The money will be used for any expenses that they may incur during this darkest hour of their young lives. I cannot even imagine what they are going through losing their mother so suddenly. It is my hope that together, we can to try to prevent even the most modest of life's expenses from adding to the anxiety and difficult road they will be facing.
 I know the entire family would be so grateful for any help their loving community can do for Connor, Megan and Liam; I also know Tracey would do the same, and is watching us with joy and gratitude.
