Jesus Robles (Chuy) Funeral Funds

Our family recently contracted COVID-19 on January 27th, and although the rest of the family has not met any critical conditons, our beloved father, brother, son, and husband did not meet the same fate. Chuy progressively got worse  with time, and suddenly experienced critical breathing complications. Due to this, his family had to reach out for emergency services. Chuy has been hospitalized since February the 3rd. At first he was only in for breathing assistance but most immediately began to worsen. First the doctors discovered that he had severe pneumonia which was caused by the COVID-19 illness. Because of this critical lung disease, Chuy had to be intubated and undergo an induced coma . Only after a static state of recovery from his lung disease were the medical professionals able to discover with an ultrasound that he has a mass in his heart. The professionals were unsure if the mass was a blood clot/tumor/cancer and because of Chuy's physical condition he is not stable enough to receive MRI and certain procedures to combat pneumonia. This has halted his recovery even more. As of today, Chuy has only gotten worse and with his declining health, he leaves a trail of melancholic emotions from all his beloved family. We have attempted to ask the doctors for Chuy to undergo ECMO inorder for him to improve but unfortunately the professionals have declined the idea due to his condition. We have been informed that Chuy only has a low chance of survival at the moment, and we are scared for his life. We are in a constant state of battle as we fight for his life; we will not give up for our beloved Chuy (dad).

As the immediate family, we are stuck in a situation where we are unemployed due to the fact that we are still COVID-19 positive. After attempts of testing we have yet to receive negative results. We only hope that we heal, and that our father heals with us. Because our father is unable to provide for his family, we are stuck in a state of survival. We only are seeking funds to assist us during these difficult times. We appreciate anything, as everything helps.
