In Memory of Chuy (Jesus) Copado Oropeza

Hello, my name is Ignacio, but my family and friends know me better as Nachito. My family & I are asking for donations and support to help my mother acquire funds to lay our brother to rest and give him the memorial he deserves to honor his memory.

My family and I are beyond devastated and are still in shock. We can't wrap our heads around the situation. On Saturday, 10/21/2023, my little brother fell victim to a random shooting while attending a party; he was struck in the chest and did not overcome his injury.

He was a young soul, only 17 years old! He was a ball of bright light with a smile that filled the room. Anyone who had the pleasure to know him wholeheartedly would say he was a persistent worker, a loyal friend, and someone who loved to learn and make people laugh. He was also a loving son, brother, and cousin. Chuy's passing is a heartache felt by the entire community. Our lives will never be the same, and we will forever miss everything about him.
