Church renovation in Cocal, Costa Rica

Hello everyone! We are Valeria, Giselle, and Sydney, and we’ve had the privilege of working with Iglesia de Dios Puerta del Cielo in Cocal, Costa Rica, over the past few months. Throughout our time here, we’ve learned that many members of the Cocal community face challenges due to limited infrastructure and resources. This church serves as a gathering space and a community center that welcomes absolutely everybody with open arms. Pastora Ruth and her son, Alex, have been faithfully serving their church and neighborhood for years. Every Sunday Ruth and Alex work tirelessly to guarantee meals and educational activities for up to 100 children. Iglesia de Dios is not only a place of worship-- it's a home, a safe haven and beacon of hope for all who walk through its doors. Our wish is to bless this church in the same way they have blessed others countless times before.

The church's current floor is deteriorating and we want to ask for your help to make vital renovations. Your donations will go towards buying ceramic tiles, adhesive, and grout. By contributing to this project you're not only improving a physical space, but you're helping to create a stronger, healthier community.
