Chumley's Healthcare Fund

Former Dukes, Larry "Chumley" Huntley is retiring from JMU after 30+ years of service.  I think we would all agree that Chumley was a fixture of JMU and added to the experience that we all enjoyed.  Think of how your parents felt the first time they came to the Burg for a game, even the field crew are amazing which made them feel better about us living away from home and the environment we were in.   He picked me up when I was slumping like he was a lifelong bench coach.  Chumley could use a little help from the alumni as he goes into retirement.  Healthcare is probably the most difficult thing to plan for in retirement and we should all give what we can to build a small bridge for Chumley.  I am not sure of the details but if just 500 JMU Duke Alumni contributed $50,  we could put $25,000 on the board which would carry his insurance for a a few years.
