Chuck’s Emergency Medical Fund

Hi, our great friend Chuck Tait was rushed into emergency neck surgery to fuse his vertebrae. He’d been suffering mobility issues that were getting increasingly and alarmingly worse. Chuck could not walk without help or even pick up a sheet of paper. Thankfully he has some good friends who were able to get him into the hands of a wonderful medical team. The procedure took well over three hours and he’s got a very long road to recovery. He will have minimum six weeks before he will even be able to drive again.

Chuck is a talented server and a well know former manager at The Capital Grille in Jacksonville. While he recovers he will have no income. He will need help with paying bills and the medical expenses will be extensive also.
