     Many self-identified Christians are struggling to reconcile what they believe with what they hear about the church in the news. Current research shows that people are leaving the church in greater numbers than ever before. However, simultaneously, many of these same people know very little about the essential components of the Christianity they're abandoning.

     I have written my second book, THE NARROW TRAIL: A Wanderer's Guide to Finding Jesus, to address this crisis (PREVIEW HERE). However, getting published is a challenge when you're a low profile, off-the-grid pastor. It could take years for this book to get published by a major publishing house, and perhaps it never will be.

     Never is a long time. I can't wait that long!

    My church has set up a fund so we can print the first run of my book and give the books away for FREE! As long as we're the ones writing, designing, editing, and printing the books, instead of selling them we've determined to not charge people to hear this good news. Any contributions made to this GO FUND ME page will go directly to this project. The costs of writing, professional editing, graphic design, and printing add up. We're also planning to have the book translated into Spanish and published.
