Chuckie's Emergency Help

Hello, my name is Stacey and I have started this on behalf of my aunt Leona to bring my cousin Chuckie home with the required medical assistance.

"On November 25th, 2023, after years of searching and trying to contact my son who has MS (Multiple Sclerosis), I was finally able to perform a surprise visit since my son was cut off from his family & friends while under guardianship of his fiancé. His condition was so deteriorated, he was immediately removed from the care of his fiancé and rushed to the emergency room. He underwent an emergency tracheostomy and tube feeding was placed. He is still in the hospital being stabilized and treated for infected bedsores, malnourishment, and dehydration because he had lost the ability to swallow, and his paid caregiver had neglected to properly provide the required care for him.

My other son, Tony, and I drove from Portland, Oregon to Southern California, to execute the surprise visit and I haven't left his side since we arrived. Unfortunately, Tony had to return to work, and I have been staying in a hotel while working with his Social Worker to gain guardianship and bring him home. Until he is stable enough, I hope to stay with him as he heals from this neglect, abuse and trauma. Once he is stabilized and released, he will require medical transport to an accepting facility in the Portland Metro area.
