Chuck's Smile Back

Chuck Brown is a well-known person in the west coast swing dance scene. He is a dancer, teacher, judge, event director, community builder, promoter, coach... the list goes on and on! The most importantly he's amazing human being who loves his job mostly because of the dance family he has gained over the many years of spreading his passion for the dance all over the world! Chuck is my wonderful boyfriend and I want to help him! He  has been gradually losing his teeth over the years. Nowadays he doesn't want to smile with open mouth because he's embarrassed by his smile. Also eating certain kinds of food has become difficult for him because of the lack of teeth. Losing teeth may also cause permanent damage in the jaw bone structure and other health issues. All in all, this is affecting him mentally and physically! Chuck has dreamed of getting his teeth fixed for years but not been able to do so because lack of funds. Dental care is not cheap and he may need several teeth implants/replacements. The procedure hasn't been set but whatever it'll be he needs our help!
