Chuck's Recovery

One month ago, I suffered a massive heart attack. It was complicated by urinary issues, blood transfusions, blood clots throughout my body. I have a external life vest to protect me from a second attack. There will be a defibrillator in time to replace the vest. I spent 2 weeks in the ICU and another week in the hospital.  I'm finally home but too weak to do much of anything. This has stopped all of my income in that I am a self employed musician and private teacher.  I am seeking this money to give me enough time to recover and get back to the work I love.
