As some of you might have heard Chuck was recently injured in a horrific bicycle accident in Frick Park. He was riding with friends as he does regularly on trails that he has frequented for 20+ years however, this day was like no other. Chuck missed his line and hit a tree head on. Chuck is currently fighting for his life with facial and skull fractures, fractured C2-3 vertebrae, a significant concussion, and spinal contusions. He is currently paralyzed and the doctors are not sure what he will regain. Chuck is an avid cyclist and motocross rider who lives his life on two wheels, so please keep him and his family in your prayers!
Chuck is a great person who is always willing to help anyone in need but most importantly a great husband and father. He has always enjoyed taking his family on riding trips, boating excursions, and any outdoor adventures they can dream up. Please keep Chuck and the entire Leavitt family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Any donations to help out with the extensive medical and personal expenses that they are going to incur in the upcoming months during Chuck's recovery would help ease their troubles.
