Thanks so much to all our friends and family who have offered and given their help.  As you know this is a very difficult time for Chuck and Christine.  Christine has taken family leave from her job to care for Chuck full time. This turns out to be a full-time job.  Chuck must be given shots and meds several times a day. His blood pressure, glucose, oxygen levels are measured several times a day.  He is bedridden and must be physically turned every few hours to prevent bed sores.  He needs to be helped to sit up for short periods a day, and encouraged to do his physical therapy to strengthen his legs.  Christine has time for little else.  Also, family leave is unpaid so they are without income.  We started this account to defray all the extra medical costs not reimbursed like a rack for the truck to transport his electric chair--(no not that one says Chuck, the medical one), copays, oxygen condenser and other equipment. Thank you for your support and please keep them in your prayers.
