Chuck Forney passed away after working hrs and hrs for a derailment company. Cause of our railroad services brother is unknown at the moment. He passed away out of town while working and was left there awaiting his family to get him. His sister is retired on fixed income and cannot afford the expenses to get him home and taken care of, As of this moment the company he worked for has not offered to help the family or Chuck himself. Chuck was a former police officer and loved the railroad business. He started in the derailment business in 2013 after a 8yr stint working for a railroad contractor loading vehicles. Chuck never turned down work and had pride in the company.
