Chub’s Farewell

We are the family of George Huggins aka “CHUB”. Chub was born on October 5, 1973 and is the father to a beautiful 8 year old girl named Kassira aka “Princess”. Chub was not only my life long friend/husband, but also a life long friend to many. If anyone asked about Chub the response you would get was “he’s always smiling, always happy, and so loyal to those around him”. He was the best friend anyone could ever have. Unfortunately 2 months his health took a turn for the worst. After having a serve stroke at the age of 47, on his was to recovery, and being discharged. Saturday 4/17 he had a heart attack which left him on life support. Due to the heart attack his organs starting shutting down which then led to another massive stroke. He was suffering, and the doctor informed us that even with surgery he would be in a vegetated state. Yesterday 4/22/2021 we decided surgery wasn’t an option, (because if you know Chub he would have never wanted to live like that) so we removed him off life support. Within 5 minutes we had to say goodbye so someone we love so much, my daughters superhero, my best friend in the entire world, and good soul that will be missed. Due to covid we are unemployed and don’t have the finances to give Chub the dignified farewell he deserves. We are asking for your help no matter the amount, to help us give him and my daughter a proper goodbye. In advance I thank you for your help!!
