My baby boy Chubby-Chino was attacked by a wild animal, and is having to have on-going surgery.

Chubs is the fluffiest, loveliest, handsome boy in the whole world and was attacked entirely unprovoked. Fracturing his bottom jaw, ripping the skin off the bottom half of his face, wounding his eye and several other injuries.

My Chubs is a big softy, I can’t imagine him ever deserving such terror.

From a woman who wasn’t always the biggest cat lover, my heart was in pieces as I was rushing him to the emergency vet. Begging and pleading for my boy to be ok.

The vets told me I’d be better off putting him to sleep.

I couldn’t, I wouldn’t.
