Chu Building Renovation

Tax deductible
The St. Francis County Historical Society was formed to preserve the history of St. Francis County.

Recently, the Frank Chu family donated this historical building.  Over the years, it was a Chinese grocery, a retail store, as well as a church.  The building was also once home to an African-American movie theater called the Harlem Theater.

The SFC Historial Society is needing funds to bring this jewel back to its original luster.  However, because of the building's age, it needs a lot of renovations.

The Historical Society has tentative plans to showcase the history of minority groups as well as a home for the Historical Society.

The roof has had some patch work done to prevent rain from deteriorating the structure.  We need funds to help pay for renovations of the roof.

The St. Francis County Historical Society is a 501 (c)(3) charity and all donations are tax-deductible.
