Help me receive life-changing therapy

Hi, I’m Becca! I’m 19 years old, I love playing guitar and going to the beach. Over the past few years, I’ve hardly been able to do these things, as my life was a series of frenzied attempts to regain control of my life.

See, in addition to managing Type 1 Diabetes, I’ve been battling an eating disorder for the past 7 years. I’ve been hospitalized and sent to residential treatment multiple times in an attempt to recover from this disease that kills one person every 52 minutes!!

Although the odds may be against me, I am committed to do everything in my power to overcome this terrible disease. This is where you come in! I am thankful that I was helped so kindly by many medical professionals during these trying times, and doubt I’d still be alive today if not for their genuine concern, constant encouragement, and steadfast belief in me.

Unfortunately, as the new year arrives, I will be unable to pay the co-pay required by insurance to cover the cost of my life-saving therapy sessions. I have dreams of overcoming this deadly illness, becoming a nurse, and bringing love and healing into the world, but cannot achieve this, or anything else, without your help!
