Cathedral High School is an urban Catholic school in the South End of Boston. 86% of our students come from the City of Boston; 95% of our students are on free or reduced lunch. Showing strength in the face of adversity, 100% of our students graduate high school and earn college admission for 11 years straight.

Our goal now is to address the digital divide and increase learning by getting all students a Dell Latitude laptop equipped with a suite of Microsoft tools by September 2015. Laptops will enable our teachers to increase student-centered learning in the classroom. Students will be able to take the devices home, enabling learning beyond the school day.

Through philanthropy the school has already raised $15,000 towards this goal and is piloting devices with a select group of students and teachers. We need your help to raise an additional $75,000 so we can do this for all our students. Your donation will make a real impact in helping our students succeed in the classroom now and in college.

Every $300 raised puts a laptop directly into the hands of a Cathedral scholar.  Partner with us on this important educational initiative.
