My name is Jemima. Many of you may know me as Ms Pilgrim or Ms Casimir.. I have been battling with sickness from since in my early 20's and couldn't understand why but now I have been diagnosed with end stage renal failure. I have started dialysis and transplant evaluation. Times have been hard to try and commute back and forth to the hospital for transplant evaluation, all the doctors visit and testing. I am trying to raise money to help with my bills, commuting to appointments and daily living expenses (rent) while I am out of work. I have not been able to return to work because this have been taking alot of energy out of me daily after dialysis. I am praying that things get better and they find a kidney soon so I can continue on this life's journey.
