ChromeKind is a student-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded by high school students in Irvine, California. Our mission is to expand access to reliable technology for students who lack the computers needed to learn and succeed.

Our first planned project supports Sourashtra Girls Higher Secondary School in Madurai, India. The school currently has only about 6–10 working computers, although approximately 200 students could benefit from greater access.

Before purchasing equipment, we are working with the school to confirm how many devices it needs, how they will be used, and the safest and most cost-effective delivery plan.

Donations will help cover:

New or professionally refurbished computers

Chargers and essential accessories

Device inspection, setup, and inventory

Transportation and delivery

Digital-literacy learning materials

All money currently raised through this campaign will remain dedicated to the India project, though future donations may be directed to aid projects in the United States. Once the plan is finalized, we will publish the device quantity, specifications, vendor costs, delivery expenses, and estimated number of students served.
