Christopher's fight against Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer!

Hello friends!

My name is Ashley Wilde, and I am starting this gofundme for some dear friends who are going through a very difficult time and need our help.

My friend, Crystal Gonzalez, is a well known member of our community. She has worked in the Franklin school corporation, helped countless children, is big in the bowling leagues, and raises her high school junior while juggling FOUR different jobs and also taking care of her parents who have health issues. Crystal and her family received the devastating news that the love of her life, Christopher, has Stage 4 pancreatic cancer. It was completely a shock to their family and friends.

There are no mutations so they cannot do targeted therapy. Chris will have to do chemotherapy once a week for the foreseeable future. And that future is unknown at this time.

As you can imagine, this is a scary and difficult time for Chris, Crystal, and Abbi. Christopher has been out of work for quite some time due to hospitalizations and figuring out exactly what he has. He had to wait a long time to be approved for FMLA and it was JUST approved, so it is uncertain when that pay out will start.

I am asking for help in raising funds for the family to help them with the hospital and medical bills that are beginning to roll in and will continue for awhile. This is one of the most deserving families out there, who drop everything to help everyone else. Now is our chance to help them. Any little bit counts! Prayers are also welcome and appreciated.
