On November 3rd, 2019, Chris was involved in a motorcycle accident when a homeless woman walked out in front of him and caused him to swerve to avoid the collision.  He has been in CVICU (Cardio Vascular Intensive Care Unit) with his health in critical condition.  

During this time he has experienced complications that have resulted in life threatening conditions and has undergone 5 surgeries on his leg with more to come in the future without an expectation date of discharge.  

The progress regarding the level of future mobility for his leg and other physical functions are unknown at this time. He has been hospitalized for about 3 weeks and keeping up with daily & monthly living expenses has been difficult to balance as we are focused on his health. 

We do know that there will be many months of hospital care followed by physical therapy needs that will not allow him to be home until further notice.
