- Hello my name is David Shelton. I'm trying to raise funding to help with all the expenses that comes when your son has cancer and is 1000 miles away in the mayo clinic in phenix. My son worked very hard for everything he has he just bought a home in the phenix area and then got a fever they said it was covid and sent him home but fever didn't go away so they admitted him in the Indian hospital there in phenix he was there for one month they couldn't figure out why he was having 106 fever so they called in mayo clinic they done a pet scan and limp node lit up he was dynost with lymphoma they thought it was b cell it ended up being t cell they put him on chemo for almost two months he went into remission im his father im the only Donner match so ofcorse I drove to phenix the do the bone marrow donation however the day I got there it was Christmas day his cancer came back (I apologize for going into great details) then they found out he also has a very rare blood disease to top that off we was ok for the first couple months until our money started drying up I only been there a dew times in the last 4 months however his mother my ex wife has never left his side I didn't have a choice but to come back to Oklahoma to make some money she is nearing bankruptcy as am I I have been sending her all I can I even had a garage sale sold my guns most of my furniture im down to my home and I'm just afraid if I sell it he may need to move back here. So please any amount will be greatly appreciated im not concerned about me it's my ex wife that's been renting motels for 8 to 1100 a week gas expenses food etc the the mayo said we could get grants but we haven't heard back from any of them I could go on and on but the most important thing to me is that my son has someone with him and it is horribly exspensive.
