Our beloved friend Christopher Shein really needs our support now!

For the last several years he has been suffering with Neurological Lyme Disease and on-and-off severe depressions and cycles of hyper mania from Bipolar ll. The lack of sleep and exhaustion has made it extremely difficult to parent and work consistently.  A series of unfortunate family traumas have triggered his health decline. Now as he and his wife of 12+ years separate over the next 6 months he is in real need of emotional support and financial help to cover his medical, healing and therapeutic practitioners as well as for costs of finding work, establishing a new home and on-going living expenses.  

For many years Christopher has given selflessly and generously to the East Bay community starting organizations for the homeless, helping people garden, starting a permaculture program at the community college, teaching over a thousand students the way of permaculture and caring for his community, friends and family. It is our turn to care for Christopher. 

This has been particularly difficult for him as it is happening during the Pandemic. Please give generously of your love, care and money! Let's help Christopher heal and transition into the next chapter of his life. He is a living treasure and a true gift to the world. If he has touched your life please consider donating (any amount is welcome) as money is the most supportive way for him to survive and thrive through this transition.
