Nicole O'Brien started working for the Sisca Group in 1986. She had been a hair dresser prior to her employment with the Sisca Group. She became a partner within our Organization and was the Director of the Property Management Division. She worked for our company for 31 years.

She was trained by Joseph J. Sisca, Jr. who took Nicole under his “wing” and taught Nicole many aspects of the Real Estate Development  business. She was extremely smart, honest, efficient and loyal.  She was a natural detective who had a keen insight into people.  She always found ways to save money when at times there was no money to save. One of her greatest attributes
was her selfless attitude and her willingness to always want to help other people.

When she was diagnosed with a very aggressive cancer, she fought it with extreme dignity, bravery and tenacity.  She came to work almost every day for 3 years while she fought this horrible disease. Everyone around her was amazed at the level of focus and efficiency that
she still had while receiving chemo therapy treatments for almost 3 years. Her mental fortitude and strength inspired everyone around her.

We are honoring Nicole by setting up this “Educational Go Fund” for her son Christopher O’Brien.

Nicole will be deeply missed by all of her family, friends and colleagues, however, her strong spirit will live on forever.
