Christopher Muncal and his Family - Medical Expenses

Hi, my name is Kyra, and I am fundraising for my dear friend, Cynthia Muncal, to help cover emergency medical expenses for her brother, Christopher, who is currently in critical condition in the ICU in the Philippines. Following a medical procedure, Christopher has faced severe complications; he is intubated and requires daily blood transfusions. Unfortunately, his family is uncertain when he will recover or be discharged.

Over the past few days, Christopher's loved ones have been navigating the emotional toll of seeing him in the ICU while grappling with mounting medical bills. The cost of his care is approximately $2,500 CAD per day, a burden that has fallen heavily on his eldest daughter, Chriseline, who is just 21 years old. She is bravely managing the mental, emotional, and financial challenges for their family.

My friend Cynthia is one of the most generous and compassionate people I know. She actively volunteers in various community initiatives, is always sharing food and treats, celebrates her friends' milestones, and spreads joy wherever she goes. When I heard about her brother, I wanted to help her in any way that I could. Now, it’s our turn to rally around her in this time of need. Although Cynthia cannot be in the Philippines to support her brother and his family directly, we can come together as a community to provide them with the assistance they desperately need.
