Christopher Mouse Film

Hello there,

My name is Isaac O’Neill; The creator of Christopher Mouse. I’ve been honoured to make this project for you for the past three months as a series of shorts on TikTok and Instagram. But I believe it is now ready to step up.

This ten minute short film is a mixed media project using roughly 50/50 live action and stop motion animation. It follows Christopher Mannion and the mouse living in his wall Christopher Mouse. As we watch there contrasting lives and a devolving relationship through a hole in the wall into the Mouse’s world. Our log line is “In a big bad world sometimes it takes a mouse to put things into perspective.

The Christopher Mouse film would bring together Rhys Mannion, Sam O’Neill, Sofia Tomasin and even you ; as anyone who donates €500 or above will be credited at an “Executive Producer ” and invited to a VIP screening after completion, anyone who donates €250 will be credited as an “Associative Producer ” and everyone else will get a mention in credits as a “Patron ”.

This small mouse was made for the big screen and we’re delighted for this story to be his big screen debut. I’ve been animating acting and writing since I was six years old and unknowingly this project has become a culmination of everything I’ve been working towards. Fundamentally, it is my dream to bring stop motion back to visual effects in live action since it’s been severely lacking in this department for the past thirty years.
