Christopher Mitchell Funeral Expenses

On August 7, 2021, my brother in law, Christopher Mitchell, passed away at his home in Madison. Christopher was the most wonderful person, always kind and always smiling. He touched the lives of so many people, especially his parents, Charles "Buck" Mitchell and Grace Mitchell and his siblings (Rob & Ivy Mitchell, Charles "Chuck" & Kris Mitchell, Kelly Ryan, Jessica & Jeremy Caldwell). Christopher was especially close to his nieces and nephew Kendyl Harvey, Matney Ryan, Dylan Ryan, Natalie Mitchell, Nate Mitchell, Adrianna Mitchell, Kaidence Caldwell,  and Kynlee Caldwell. His favorite pastime was fishing. He would spend all day on the river with his good friends. Chris also loved sports and was a passionate fan of the WVU Mountaineers.

So many have reached out and asked how you can help us during this time. Know that your kindness is much appreciated as we navigate this heartbreaking moment. We are all devastated by Christopher’s loss and are not prepared for the high cost of a funeral service of someone so young. We want to give him the memorial he deserves and allow everyone to say their last goodbyes. We kindly ask, if you are able, to donate funds towards the funeral service in lieu of flowers.
