Chris/Kix wasn't only my brother he was my best friend. Growing up in Montreal, Chris and I shared the most amazing group of friends and parents (Brendan & Nancy) anyone could ask for. The bond that all of us share is unique and is most cherished. Up to the age of 29 him and I were never apart for more than 2 weeks.
As life continued Chris made his way to Newfoundland and stayed there for 3 years. He then came to Calgary where I was living. Having Chris back in the same city as me was a blessing. We got to spend many good times together here. Whenever I would go away he would look after my pets. When I would just want to do something low key, he was there. Chris always seemed to be there at the right times for me, always fulfilling his part as the best brother I could ask for.
Calgary being his final resting place, he left us on my birthday January 29th 2018 to be with the angels. A date I now wish to celebrate his life, along with the people that knew him. Cheers Bro, we remember you and your smile.
Chris has touched so many people throughout his travels and places of employment. The memories, experiences and laughter that he left us with will always be remembered.
We come together to celebrate his life in Montreal on Saturday February 17th 2018 at 1 pm. It shall be held at Resurrection of Our Lord Church 34 34e Avenue, Lachine, QC H8T 1Z2.
Because of his sudden passing it has come as quite a shock. Only if any of you can spare some finances to donated towards the cost of the expenses it would greatly help. It is not easy (reagarding my pride) to ask for help. Covering not one but two services in two cities has proven to be financially challenging. Thank you to all that have already helped tremendously in this respect.
Ryan Kelly will be in charge of the final expenses.
