In memory of Chris Holland, a truly unforgettable soul.

We're heartbroken to share the unexpected passing of Chris Holland, a truly remarkable man. A man who wore his huge heart on his sleeve. Chris was known for his boundless generosity, always going above and beyond to help anyone in need. He truly embodied the spirit of paying it forward, often giving the shirt off his back to a stranger.

He organized many events for the veterans, helped many needy families for the holidays, gave free legal assistance to those who couldn't afford it, got school supplies for families with children who needed a little help, and countless other events and charities. That list could go on and on.

That's what Chris did. He gave his everything to the people he loved and cared for, and even people he had just met. No matter who it was, or what the reason, Chris was always there to help anyone, at any time.
Not once did he ever ask for anything in return.

That's who Chris was. He impacted countless lives with his kind and selfless nature.

As we all know, end-of-life services and all the things that go along with it aren't easy, and they pile up quickly.

Chris's loving family is now having to navigate the immense grief of his loss while also facing the unexpected burden of his financial affairs and service and cremation costs, all while taking care of their own families as well. Times are tough and as Chris's brother, Mark, put it, "Dyin' ain't cheap."

We are humbly asking friends and anyone whose life Chris brightened to please open their hearts and contribute what they can. Let's come together to honor Chris's incredible legacy of giving and paying it forward by supporting and helping out his family during this incredibly difficult time, just as he would have done for any of us.
Any amount, great or small, is greatly appreciated. We thank you from the bottoms of our hearts.

Chris's family would also like everyone to know that, after all the final expenses are settled, the remaining proceeds will be going to Chris's favorite local causes, i.e., VFW, holiday food drives, toys for children, and school lunch programs, etc.
Even from heaven, Chris still finds ways to give.

We hope to see everyone
at Jonathan's on August 16th, from 1 pm to 3 pm. We welcome everyone to come and share their favorite stories and share some laughs and remember and celebrate the life of our dear Chris.
