Christopher Durbin Family fund

Hello, I'm Christy (Baker) Hurlman and I am asking for your help to raise funds for a friend of mine from Beaverton, Oregon's Sunset High School class of 1988. Christopher Durbin is in the fight for his life as he has been batteling liver cancer for the past 15 months, and recently had a set back discovered in his latest CT scan. The tumors have gotten larger and have metastasized. Chris and his wife Kristen are doing amazingly well, and have dove into the new set of treatment goals for Chris. He will begin a new therapy and as of the first of January will be reliant on a new insurance, a plan not as good as his old plan from his previous employer. He is confidant in the plan and the new treatment,

Knowing how important stress relief and time with family is, I have Chris's blessing to start a Go fund me account to avail a fund to him and Kristin to use while he is in treatment and having a good day, I want this fund to help not only defray the cost of treatment, but to be established so that they have an account to have some extraordinary fun on Chris's good days. I want them to have a fund to enjoy a nice dinner out and a theater event or concert to attend. I would love to have the funds for them to go to a Seahawks game or a Sounders game. In the spring a Mariners game or four. Ultimately what my hope is, that Chris will be stable enough to perhaps take his loved ones on a cruise, where medical staff on board would be able to help make a memorable vacation doable for Chris and his family. Time and treasured memories help a man in the fight Chris is in, and I would love for my friends, the classmates shared by Christopher and myself, and Chris's friends to donate to the cause, and help lessen the stress Chris is feeling going through this, and giving him the gift of time with those he loves best.
