It is with a heavy heart that we share the news that Christo (Christopher) Shoemaker passed away today, October 9th, as he was leaving dyalisis.

Anyone who knew Christo knows he was such a unique, accepting, and loving human being who truly was one of a kind.

His passing came unexpectedly, and his brother Michael is facing the hardships and financial obligations that come with having to handle such a situation. We are setting up a Gofundme to help with the immediate costs being faced, (transferring and cremation of Christo's earthly remains), and the subsequent costs in handling his affairs

A celebration of life will be held Nov. 8th, at the Arrowhead in Flint (time and more details TBA).
