Today, my sister and her three children, Averie (10), Keira (8), and Jameson (6), experienced a house fire that left almost all of their belongings ruined. We are endlessly grateful that everyone is safe and unharmed, but the reality of what was lost is overwhelming, especially with Christmas right around the corner.

The kids lost their clothes, their daily essentials, and every single Christmas present that had been waiting for them under the tree. They are trying to be brave, but rebuilding from something like this, so suddenly and so close to the holidays, is something no family ever expects to face.

I am creating this GoFundMe to help take some of the weight off my sister’s shoulders and to make sure the kids have what they need as they start over. They currently need clothing in sizes girls 14, girls 10 to 12, and boys 7, along with basic essentials to get them through the next few weeks.
