Christmas Eve House Fire Fund

On Christmas Eve a chimney fire broke out on the Los Coyotes Indian Reservation in the home of Benjamin Ortiz while him and his two boys Edward and Wayne were asleep . Benjamin was able to break out the window in the room and get his two boys an himself to safety. Edward and Wayne were unharmed but Benjamin suffered some lacerations to his hands and minor burns but is doing okay. Benjamin tried to save some of his personal belongings but the fire was too hot and ended up burning everything including the Christmas presents and the vehicle they depend on to get to town and work. Benjamin is a single father of four boys who works hard to care for all of them. Any donation will help to get him a new vehicle so he can get to work, get new clothes for the boys and himself, and help provide funding for food and housing during this devastating time.
