Christmas Eve House Flood

Hey everyone! We are making this to help out our brother, sister, and two nephews after a pipe burst this past weekend in their home. On December 23rd, a cold winter night during the freeze, technically Christmas Eve at that point a pipe burst in two different places in our brother, sister, and two young nephews (7 and 9)home, while they were out of town for Christmas with our family. They had to rush back home 4 hours away, having the city have to turn off their water on Christmas Eve to find their house with an inch of water throughout. With it being so close to Christmas, no cleaning company could come out until a few days later. They salvaged what they could. Unfortunately, they did not have renter’s insurance, so nothing can be replaced at this time. They lost some of their most precious memories, including pictures, notes, and memorabilia from their life, which is the worst of all. Besides this, they lost thousands of dollars worth of sports cards, which was their inventory for their side business. They lost furniture and some of their musical instruments. Some of their two son’s toys were lost as well, which included a portion of their Christmas presents, which were under the tree at the time of the flood. This was a hard situation for them and worst of all, happened on Christmas Eve. If you could find it in your heart to donate anything at all, I know it would go a long way to helping them get back in their feet. No amount is too small and anything at all helps.
