Christine's Battle: Stage 4 Cancer Support Needed

Hi, my name is Brandy. On November 14, 2024, my mom Christine was called into the doctor's office. When we got there, the doctor sat us down and gave us news that we never would have thought could be (that's what we all think, right?). My mom was diagnosed with cancer, not good news by any means. We didn't know what stage or how far, though. So, she did an MRI and PET scan. We then had to wait for further results. In the meantime, we were optimistic that the cancer could be beaten and that we would fight the cancer however we could. That weekend was long as it was Thanksgiving. Come Monday, we headed back to the cancer center for results. As soon as we sat down, we knew it wasn't good. With the saddest and heaviest of hearts, she was told that she had stage 4 cancer. It's in her lungs and has spread to her brain and liver. She's terminal. With radiation and chemotherapy, the best news they could give is less than a year. My mom and best friend. With even more bad news to follow, she is in the hospital as of Monday, December 17th. She is with a breathing mask, and when trying to breathe on her own, it's down in the 70s (your oxygen should be above 90). They want to intubate her, but she has refused. As you can imagine, that is basically life support, and she wants to fight. I'm asking for this GoFundMe to help with her animals, transportation, and bills. I'm trying my best to keep everything afloat, but when you go from a two-person income to only one, it's been a struggle.
